Pre-Order Policy

**Pre-orders will be clearly marked and announced, not all items are available for pre-order**
  • Pre-orders are items that are not yet in stock, but will be available to ship at a future date. You may place your order if you'd like to secure your size before we receive the item.
  • Pre-orders are FINAL SALE and may not be cancelled as they are ordered just for you. If the item does not fit correctly and you need to exchange the size please email helloqueen@shopboutiqueen.com ASAP and we will see if we have a different size available. Size exchanges are not guaranteed. 
  • The Estimated Ship Date is only an estimate, and may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If the estimated ship date is delayed by more than one week from the initial estimate, we will email you and let you know the updated ship date. 
  • Payments for pre-ordered items are charged immediately upon checkout, not when shipped.
  • If you order a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, the orders will ship separately. The in-stock item will ship immediately, pre-order will ship on arrival.
